an Integral Life Coach, Intuitive and Energy Healer. I use a multi-layered approach to therapy, aiming to rebalance all aspects of the self, including the heart, body, mind and soul. My particular focus is for those on the ascension journey who are wishing to reclaim the self after experiencing trauma. Traumatic experiences largely effect the physical systems of the body, though particularly that of the nervous system. This therapy uses gentle and non-evasive methods to shift the energy of the trauma trapped in the body, so it can then be released in a safe, harmonious way. Alongside this, integral coaching assists you to make new choices and behaviours in your life, to move forward from a place of balance and stability. Awakening to the ascension journey brings awareness to your multi-dimensional being. With this awareness, healing work benefits from an integral focus that covers all aspects of the self.

 Though we are spiritual beings, we are also living a physical, 3D life. Trauma on the earth plane is deeply impactful.
