Know that there are always lessons in this life, every day presents opportunities to learn and grow, even in moments of rest. Until we learn the lesson, it will keep on repeating over. It is called the school of life for a reason. Without growth, there is stagnation. When we no longer grow, we start to decay and eventually die, that is the cycle of life. Learn to move around the life cycle with ease, where to rest, to process, then where to put in your strength and life force. These cycles are beginning and ending repeatedly around you. Ask for guidance and signs from the universe of what to do next, or what the lesson is, or even for help. It’s always there. The results come easily and quickly with awareness. Allow it to come through. With ignorance and non-awareness you are simply a cog in the wheel. With awareness, knowledge and enlightenment you become not only the wheel, the car, the driver but a channel of the universe. You become the director of your own life, not the projected wounding and templating of others. The depth of your pain was likely burdened onto you by others, find the root, release and heal it, then plant your own garden of Life. Find your truth and nourish it into this life. As it grows you enjoy it more and more. Add beauty, joy, peace and love. Life becomes truly worth living. Connect it to the universe and your life becomes divine. And so it is.
