Golden Light Energy Healing

  Golden Light Energy Healing is a form of high frequency golden ray light that is healing and transformative. In these sessions I will guide you into a deep relaxation in which you’ll be able to receive the energy very deeply, the Golden Light energy is then channelled through the body to shift unconscious energy blocks. This process is gentle and non-invasive, and is guided by your higher self and beings of pure light. This healing can bring up emotions to be processed and released, as well as bringing in clarity and understanding about yourself and your life path. It will assist you in moving forward on your path of ascension and healing in a transformative way.

• Chakra clearing & activation
• Grounding

Sessions focus on the theme of your choice and intention, though usually are within the following 3 main themes:

• Career & Life Purpose: Clearing blocks and bringing in alignment
• Love & Relationships: Connecting to self love and to a loving relationship & partner
• Health & Body: Releasing trauma and pain within the body, tissues and organs. Balancing body, heart, mind and soul.
