As a coach I offer clients my presence, and the life experience that has taken me on a journey of deep inner healing. For the vast majority of my life I was sitting on a volcano of inner turmoil, suppressed emotions, repressed abuse and unmet needs. It was through a meeting of unconditional love that eclipsed all of these experiences. This catalyst turned me inward, to my truth, to the unconditional love I have within, that we all have. It is our birthright to access this, our truth, our light, what our souls desire the most. Freedom. Freedom to be, to love, and to live a life worth living.
You can create a wonderful life but it starts within. You must face yourself, and everything that gets in the way of that has to be integrated, moved through. For me, the pain seemed like a curse, but in the end it turned out to be an opportunity to turn within, to face myself, to heal, to understand, to accept, to forgive.
When you decide you want to discover yourself, you allow it all, love it all. Accept it. There is no other way forward than to accept what is. Healing is challenging, it will be the hardest work, the most difficult mountain to climb, but the view you see at the top will set you free.
